What do I receive?

You receive a certificate file, provisioning profile, password, and install/download page for the submitted device.

Can I use it on another device?

No. The profile is prepared around the submitted UDID. A different device needs its own order details.

What if delivery fails?

Contact support. If CertDrop cannot deliver a working certificate-related file and cannot resolve it, the refund policy explains the next step.

What apps can I use?

Use it only with compatible apps you own, develop, test, or have permission to install.
